- Supervising the development of needs assessment program to determine the research priorities in education
- Supervising and participating in development of certain plan to counsel about the research projects in education
- Supervising and participating in execution of prioritized research projects in education
- Supervising publication and presentation of research papers in education
- Supervising the development of certain plan for application of the results of research projects in education
- Supervising book publication in different fields of medical education
- Supervising the presentation of medical sciences education processes in Shahid Motahari festival through festival secretariat in EDC of medical sciences field at Islamic Azad University
- Supervising the innovation and research committee and holding regular meetings of the committee in different units
- Development of appropriate mechanism for education and counseling faculty members to do innovative research-based activities and supervising its execution
- Supervising suitable informing of approved innovation and research activities
